Holy Word Early Learning Center serves the greater Austin community with quality Christian education from infancy through Pre-K.

Our Infants & Young Toddlers classrooms provide full-time care for children between the ages of 8 weeks and 18 months old. Play is an essential part of even our youngest children’s learning and development and our daily rhythms are built around play-based, active learning while also incorporating music, art, a daily Bible lesson, and more.

Infants

Our Early Childhood program provides full-time care for older toddlers up through preschool-aged children. Each classroom consists of developmentally appropriate educational opportunities based on a shared weekly theme and includes a daily Bible lesson, music, arts & crafts, and group activities in a loving, supportive environment.

Early Childhood

Our Pre-K program prepares children for Kindergarten and helps them become comfortable in a more traditional classroom setting. Practical life experiences, play-based learning, literacy activities, math skills, and spiritual development are the focus as we strive to instill a deep love of learning in each and every student.

Helping our children grow is no easy task, especially in this often dark, confusing, and divided world. Yet as parents, we have great hope for our children not only to find happiness, but also to be lights in their families, communities, and futures. This leads parents and teachers alike to ask the question, “What do our children really need as they grow?”

While academics, athletics, and fine arts are important parts of a child’s education, we all sense that our children need more. Our children need to have safe places to learn, loving communities to grow, and rock-solid truth to guide them through this world and into their unknown futures.

Holy Word Early Learning Center is currently licensed through the state of Texas and we have been serving the families of Austin, Texas for over 5 years. Our Early Childhood center was ranked number two in the Child Care Category in the Austin American-Statesman 2022 Best-of-the-Best awards.
