At this time, Holy Word Early Learning Center offers full-time childcare programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and Pre-K students.
Do you offer part-time childcare?
We serve children from 3 months old through Pre-K. Our programs are designed to meet children where they are developmentally while helping them grow academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Please note: Beginning June 2027, we will only accept infants who are 6 months old or older.
What ages do you enroll?
Tuition at Holy Word Early Learning Center varies by age group to support the unique developmental needs of each stage of childhood.
Infants
Kiwis & Pipers (Infants) – $1,485/month
Children must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Please note: Beginning June 2027, we will only accept infants who are 6 months old or older.
Early Childhood
Robins (1-Year-Olds) – $1,375/month
Toucans (2-Year-Olds) – $1,320/month
Blue Jays (3-Year-Olds) – $1,145/month
Pre-K
Eagles (4 & 5-Year-Olds) – $1,103/month
What are your tuition rates?
Is there a registration or enrollment fee?
Yes, a $150 enrollment fee is required during the registration process.
Yes! Holy Word Early Learning Center offers sibling discounts for families with multiple children enrolled. Contact us for current discount information.
Are sibling discounts available?
Our center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and designated holidays.
What are your operating hours?
No, families are asked to provide a packed lunch and snack each day for their child. We work closely with parents to communicate and accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions to help keep all children safe.
Are meals and snacks provided?
The safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. We provide a secure, nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow with confidence. Our center is licensed by the State of Texas and has an on-site security guard to help ensure a safe campus for all students and staff.
What security measures are in place?
Our curriculum combines play-based learning with developmentally appropriate educational experiences and daily Christian instruction. Depending on age level, children participate in activities that include literacy, math readiness, music, arts and crafts, practical life skills, group activities, and daily Bible lessons.
What curriculum do you use?
Building strong relationships with families is important to us. We use the Brightwheel app to communicate daily with parents, sharing photos, videos, and regular updates to keep families connected and informed throughout the day.
How often do parents receive updates about their child?
At Holy Word Early Learning Center, children are cared for in a loving Christian environment where God’s truth is woven into everyday learning. With low student-to-teacher ratios, personalized attention, daily Bible lessons, and a focus on whole-child development, we strive to help every child grow academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We are also proud to be a Texas Rising Star certified program.
