The Admissions Process in 3 Simple Steps

Take a tour of our campus! Our ECE Director will be happy to meet with you, show your family our campus, and answer any questions you may have.

After your tour, Holy Word Early Learning Center will email you an application. Fill out the application and return to the school office to be considered for enrollment.

Enrichment Programs

  • Techie Kids Club brings fun, hands-on coding and robotics into the classroom, helping young learners grow as confident problem-solvers. Through engaging, age-appropriate activities, kids build creativity, collaboration, and early tech skills.

    Ages: 3-5 years old

  • Soccer Shots introduces young children to soccer through fun, high-energy play that builds confidence and coordination. Skilled coaches come on site to teach fundamentals while encouraging teamwork!

    Ages: 2-5 years old

  • Tumble TX Gymnastics offers fun, age-appropriate classes that help children develop strength, coordination, and confidence. Through guided gymnastics activities, kids build motor skills, balance, and a love for active play.

    Ages: 2-5 years old

  • Nurturing young speakers! This fun enrichment program helps children explore music, build confidence, and develop their speaking skills through interactive games and activities.

    Ages: 3-5 years old

Explanation of Tuition & Fees

Holy Word Early Learning Center provides quality, Christian education for our community, families, and students. A 10% “Older Sibling Discount” is available for the older sibling of two in attendance; for families with 3 or more children enrolled, a 20% Oldest Sibling Discount is available for the oldest sibling in attendance.

An initial non-refundable $150 enrollment fee is due upon acceptance of enrollment. In lieu of annual registration fees, every January, June, and September, we charge a $30 supply fee for each child.

Additionally, a $100 monthly security fee is charged per family.

Infants

Kiwis & Pipers (infants) – $1485/month
Must be at least 8 weeks old*

*Accepting only 6 months and older starting June 2027

Early Childhood

Robins – $1375/month
1-year-olds

Toucans – $1320/month
2-year-olds

Blue Jays – $1145/month
3-year-olds

Pre-K

Eagles (Pre-K) – $1103/month
4 & 5-year-olds

Waitlist & Applicant Pool Protocol

Due to capacity limitations, several classrooms at Holy Word Early Learning Center currently have a waitlist. Our ECE Director regularly reviews our rosters and will reach out if enrollment is available to families that have completed the application process. Holy Word Early Learning Center keeps an active applicant pool, and applicants are evaluated in the order in which they are received.

Please Note: Due to parental satisfaction with our staff and program, change in student enrollment is rare. Therefore, the waiting list moves slowly.
